The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133 Walnut, CA 91789, USA. Technical access data is processed, such as IP address, time and page requested. 3. Account and sign-in

4. Video processing
Uploaded videos and the Shorts made from them are stored and converted at Cloudinary (Cloudinary Ltd. and Cloudinary Inc., USA) so you can download the finished Shorts. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). Cloudinary privacy policy: https://cloudinary.com/privacy. Uploaded videos and subtitles are deleted automatically, at the latest 48 hours after upload. Deletion runs once a day.
5. Automatic subtitles (Pro plan)
On the Pro plan, the audio track of your video is sent to OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C., USA) for speech recognition. This only happens if you use subtitles. OpenAI privacy policy: https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
6. Payments
For paid plans we use Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Dublin, Ireland). Payment data goes straight to Stripe; we do not see your card details. Stripe privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
7. YouTube upload (optional)
Only if you connect your YouTube channel do we receive an access token from Google (Google Ireland Ltd.), which we use to upload Shorts as private videos to your channel. We store the token privately in your account, and you can revoke the connection at any time in your Google account. We use Google API data only for this purpose and follow Google's Limited Use requirements. Google privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
8. Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Clerk's session cookies are necessary for sign-in. Your settings (game, layout, trim) are stored locally in your browser (localStorage), not on our servers.
9. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Send requests to noah.kaulfuss@outlook.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; the competent one is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.
