Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right, you must inform us (Noah Kaulfuß, Am Lerchenberg 44, 74199 Untergruppenbach, Deutschland, noah.kaulfuss@outlook.de) of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement, for example by email or letter. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send the notice before the period ends.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day your withdrawal notice reached us. We use the same means of payment for the refund unless something else was expressly agreed with you.

If you asked for the service to start during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the share of the service provided up to the time you withdraw (§ 357a BGB, German Civil Code).

Expiry of the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed and we began performance only after you expressly agreed and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal when the contract is fully performed (§ 356 (4) and (5) BGB).
